Shipping policy

All orders ship free within West Malaysia and are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Subang Jaya, Selangor. We currently do not deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) or ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1 PM (MYT) Monday to Friday, or before 11 AM (MYT) on Saturday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Delivery within West Malaysia takes an estimated 1–3 business days from the day your parcel is dispatched.

Estimates may be longer during peak periods, sale events, or public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Delivery coverage

Please note: we do not currently deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan). Orders with an East Malaysia shipping address cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded. We hope to serve East Malaysia in the future.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Click the tracking number in the email to track your parcel.
